Job Summary :

- We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Product Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead the development and execution of innovative product strategies.

- This role requires a deep understanding of the product lifecycle, market analysis, user experience, and cross-functional leadership.

- The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for driving product vision, defining roadmap priorities, and leading product teams to deliver impactful solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Requirements Gathering and Management: Deep understanding and experience in gathering business requirements and translating them to BRDs, FRDs, Epics, Features and User Stories.

- Ability to clearly articulate the acceptance criteria.

- Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and communicate the overall product strategy and vision, aligned with company goals and market trends.

- Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to drive the successful delivery of products from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.

- Roadmap Management: Define, prioritize, and communicate product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to inform product decisions, identify trends, and maintain a competitive edge.

- Customer-Centric Focus: Champion the voice of the customer, integrating feedback into product designs and ensuring exceptional user experiences.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure product goals are well-defined and progress is consistently tracked and communicated.

- UAT and Functional Testing: Ability to test the product and the incremental builds.

- Coordination with Business Unit in facilitating UAT and getting sign offs.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to assess product performance, iterate on features, and continuously improve the user experience.

- Mentorship & Development: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers and other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

- Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to define go-to-market strategies and ensure smooth product launches.

- Risk Management: Anticipate and address potential risks to product delivery, performance, or user adoption, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

- Experience: 15+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.

Skills:

- Expertise in product lifecycle management, including concept, design, development, and scaling.

- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.

- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and iterative development processes.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Proven ability to translate complex customer and business requirements into actionable product strategies.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience in a relevant industry (e.g, SaaS, tech, e-commerce, etc.) is preferred.
