Acentra - Senior Product Manager (15-20 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager with 15+ years of expertise in driving product innovation, aligning business goals with customer needs, and managing high performing cross-functional teams.

This role requires deep domain knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering impactful products in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Product Leadership:

- Define and articulate the product vision and strategy in alignment with organizational goals.

- Drive product roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution.

- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.

- Foster a shared understanding of product objectives and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.

- Manage and communicate project milestones, risks, and outcomes effectively.

Product Development & Delivery:

- Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business value.

- Collaborate with Scrum teams to refine and define clear, actionable user stories.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Performance Analysis:

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to optimize product performance.

- Continuously monitor product usage and feedback to enhance user experience and engagement.

Mentorship and Leadership:

- Mentor junior Product Owners and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Lead by example to build a motivated, collaborative, and high-performing product team.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

- 14+ years in product management or ownership roles, with a strong portfolio of successfully launched products.

- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience in US Healthcare Industry, Medicare, Medicaid, Claims, Medical Insurance, Payer & Provider.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Skills:

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.

- Expertise in market research, product design, and customer engagement strategies.

- Proficiency with product management tools Jira, Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, etc.

- Certification in Product Management (Certified Scrum Product Owner CSPO).

- Experience with emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, or Blockchain.
