Work from home is good and the company is good

Acentra health is in Chennai basically there are more South Indian employees than north India employees .. some employees of south India are playing politics against other employees that is very bad thing I faced there.

Worst company culture. though it's WFH opportunity but you need to sit in front of camera entire day and everyday. there is a guy Lakshmi Subramanian VP of product engineering who is dominating entire engineering team just to prove that he has implemented micro management in the name of virtual work space where you need to sit in front of camera entire day. if you want break then you need to ask your manager. Lakshmi is not a leader, he has a ego problem and if you come in between then your survival is difficult in organisation and as per him company has provided you costly laptop with camera enabled, so you have to follow whatever they say. he want everyone to follow his order if not then your in trouble. worst company culture I ever heard of.

Dislikes

Lakshmi Subramaniam VP of product engineering team is dominating entire engineering team and satisfy his ego by implementing worst working culture by implementing a virtual space where you need to sit in front of camera entire day, there are othere such thing in pipeline which force you to resign because if you raised your concern then he will make your survival difficult.
