Job Description:
- The role is responsible for making all decisions on risk management issues that directly impact the strategic direction of the company and ensuring that the risk management policies and strategies comply with applicable regulations.
Required Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience Required.
- Understanding of organizational systems, processes, and products.
- Risk Management: knowledge of risk frameworks (COSO, ISO).
- Regulatory knowledge: conversant with risk analytics.
- Analytical skills with good knowledge of Data analytics.
- To create an Enterprise Risk Management Framework and operational risk management framework and facilitate understanding of risk requirements across the organization.
- Managing operational risk, including its identification, assessment and reporting, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting, and implementing an effective mechanism that enforces monitoring and testing of controls.
- Design and maintain risk management tools like Key Risk Indicators and loss databases etc.
- Monitor performance of KRI against management approved thresholds and report breaches to CRO and risk committee.
- Oversee/track risk incidents, liase with business for RCA, resolution with corrective and preventive action plan, report updates regarding OR incidents to CRO and risk committee.
- Undertake timely period review of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) exercise.
- Provide key inputs for review of the Outsourcing Policy.
- Liase with various stakeholders to collate and manage vendor/activity database.
- Ensure timely delivery of internal/external reports and ad-hic assignment given by CRO/risk committee.
- Responsible to provide training and awareness to build right Risk Culture and Capability.
- The role reports to Chief Risk Officer.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
- Preferred MBA with engineering background/CA.
- Certifications: FRM/IRM.
