Dialer Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration and monitoring of the dialer system.
• Track and manage pacing ratio and agent idle duration.
• Implement and execute dialer strategies across multiple departments.
• Upload data for respective processes on a daily basis.
• Generate and send reports to the operations team at regular intervals (intraday, daily, monthly, etc.).
• Monitor dialer configurations and troubleshoot issues, including service creation and maintenance.
• Regularly check pre-gateway and 039s status.
• Escalate any identified issues to the IT admin team immediately.
• Ensure 100% uptime of the dialer by coordinating with the dialer vendor for critical issues.
• Communicate dialer and IT-related issues to the operations team via email.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in Dialer maintenance(3+yrs)
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of MYSQL database
• Ready to handle pressure situations and
• Shouldve worked in a team
• Monitoring and adjusting dialer performance
• Creating and updating dialing campaigns
• Performing daily uploads, downloads, and importing
• Ensuring and documenting outbound dialer activity
• Analyzing dialer-output data
• Providing guidance on compliance awareness
• Performing scripting
