Dear Aspirants,

We have openings for both Full timers and Part timers in Chennai - Little mount ( For Part time openings, we welcome college degree studying students)

We are happy to have freshers for this job role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handling the Callers diligently and providing the required information promptly over the phone.
• Listen to the callers concerns, Issues, and queries (if any) respond & direct them appropriately.
• Refer escalations & questions to respective team, if required for prompt closure.
• Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to the callers.
• Understand the process, execute, and maintain SLA in Certain Metrics.

What we are looking for:-

• Excellent Communication Skills in English and Tamil.
• Pursuing degree, graduate or postgraduate
• Personable, attentive, and active listener
• Pleasant voice with pleasing telephonic etiquette's
• Working knowledge of computers, coupled with the ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
• Adept at typing with accuracy and speed.

Salary Details:

For Full timers - 18000 per month

Part timers - 11,000 per month (for part timer 5 hours working per day)

Note: It's purly a customer support role only, no sales involved.
