Manager - Learning and Development

The Manager – L&D is a direct company appointment employment with significant importance for overall Kshema groups L&D activities. The Manager – L&D has accountability for coordinating L&D tasks of all locations and facilities includes talent learning, talent development, talent succession processes and infrastructure.  
Key Responsibilities:
Incumbents will be responsible for
·Learning domain processes, coordination, working tasks execution.
·Closely work with all section leaders and employees.
·Maintain and upkeep all learning process parameter by closely working with GM-L&D.
·Monitor learning process progress and control the process by appropriate tracking mechanisms.
·Maintain and report Learning MIS.
·Coordinate all development tasks of talent development process, succession planning process.
·Maintain progress track of talent development outcomes and execute the development plans.
·Closely work with GM-L&D on talent development needs based to support functional needs.
·Successfully manage induction tasks, learning management systems, soft skills trainings, mandatory trainings as per plan.
Requirements
Experience:
·Minimum 8 to 10 years of exposure in L&D domain.
·Passion to develop L&D domain.
·Exposure of working with large scale and multi-location office setups
Education:
·Postgraduate in HR or L&D
