Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to oversee our Health Insurance line of business.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the insurance sector, with a focus on health insurance and sales proficiency along with exposure in Agency and Brokers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
- Establish and nurture client relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Provide mentorship and training to the sales team.
Requirements:.
- At least 10 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of health insurance products and sales techniques.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to drive sales performance and achieve targets.
- Lead a high-performing team of sales representatives, driving them to meet and exceed sales targets and performance objectives in the health insurance domain.
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to enhance growth and market share in the health insurance sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term business partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that impact the health insurance sector, ensuring the team is always informed and compliant.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and ongoing training to the sales team to enhance their performance, skills, and knowledge in health insurance sales.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development, and customer service) to align sales efforts with business goals and enhance customer experience.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance, providing regular feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met.
- Requirements: - A minimum of 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on health insurance products and sales. Exposure to both Agency and Broker channels is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of health insurance products, market trends, and effective sales techniques.
- Proven experience in leading and motivating a sales team, with excellent organizational, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to negotiate and build lasting relationships with clients and business partners.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive sales performance and achieve ambitious sales targets.
