Job Description
- Trade Settlement and Reconciliation: Ensuring all equity trades are accurately settled and reconciled.
- Data Management: Maintaining and updating records of all transactions and ensuring data integrity.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring all activities comply with regulatory requirements and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Corporate Actions: Managing corporate actions such as dividends, stock splits, and mergers.
- Client Support: Providing support to clients and front-office staff regarding trade-related queries and issues.
- System Management: Using and maintaining back-office systems and software to process transactions and generate reports.
- Accounting: Strong understanding of equity accounting in the insurance industry as per regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: CA Inter-Candidates who have completed the Intermediate level of the CharteredAccountancy course / MBA-Candidates with a Master of BusinessAdministration degree, preferably with a specialization in finance oraccounting.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with financial software and databases.
- Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
RequirementsCA inter/ MBA with 4-5 years of experience in Equity operation -Back office (Insurance Industry)
