The Payroll Specialist will be responsible formanaging all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliancewith company policies and legal regulations.
Role and Responsibilities:
Accurately process monthly payroll for allemployees.
Ensure timely payment of salaries (including bonusetc. wherever applicable) to all employees.
Calculate and process all statutory and otherdeductions, including applicable taxes.
Ensure timely remittance of taxes, provident fund,ESI etc. in accordance with prescribed timelines. Timely liaison with payrollpartners to ensure statutory compliances at all times.
Address and resolve all payroll related issues fromemployees on timely basis.
Conduct payroll related induction for new employees.
Assist with internal and external audits related topayroll.
Requirements

Desired Experience and Skills
M.Com or MBA or CA Inter with at-least 4-5 years of mandatoryworking experience in Payroll.
Highlevel of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability tohandle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and integrity.
Proficient working knowledge of MS Office,particularly MS-Excel.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills witheffective communication at all levels of the organization and the ability tomaintain strong relationships within and outside the organization.
