Application/ Proposal Engineer- Petrochemical/ API

Role & responsibilities

1. Prepare project offers for API (mainly) & Non-API pumps.
2. Coordinate the preparation of quotations with internal & external partners.
3. Ensure Hydraulic selection of suitable pumps by using the available system.
4. Analyze customer specifications, acceptance specifications, commercial terms and conditions.
5. Prepare enquiries for sub suppliers concerning the requisite accessories such as measuring and control equipment.
6. Give Technical advice and clarify queries arising from the quotations and suggest alternatives.
7. Follow-up for quotations of projects using the system (SAP/R3/CAS).
8. Conduct technical meetings and contract negotiations, both nationally and internationally.
9. Perform post order contract view & release Indents & notes to purchase for accessories
