Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Prepare quotation (technical and commercial) including cost calculation.
- Meet customer / consultant and resolve technical queries.
- Responsible for Order booking in SAP. Release of Indent, QAP, etc.
- Release of purchase notes of bought out items.
- Responsible to support Territory Management & Dealer Management for Standard / General Industry business.
- Maintain & improve the market share of General Industry business.
- Ensure customer & dealer delight through coordination with various internal & external stakeholders.
- Work closely with branch sales engineer of General Industry business.
