Role & responsibilities

• Ensure that all orders of all TSS groups are assigned to individual contract managers. Conduct contract review for orders received and resolve all techno-commercial issues during internal Kick-off meetings.
• Ensure that all Internal orders from other plants are booked in time and scheduled as per the Purchase order delivery date.
• Ensure timely submission of post order documents and receipt of approval and manufacturing clearances.
• Monitor the team workload and ensure that orders are assigned as per the workload and capabilities of individual contract managers.
• Periodic review of orders on hand with the team using SAP reports and other tools. Identify risks and initiate actions for mitigation.
• Ensure that all orders are executed within contractual delivery. In case of any delays, identify reasons and ensure receipt of delivery extensions prior to dispatch.
• Periodic reporting of the team performance to supervisor in the prescribed format.
• Ensure that all requirements as per the KSB QMS and other systems are being followed.
• Track cash flow of order and ensure claims and receipts of advances and other payments on time.
• Organize and attend meeting with customer / client / consultant / vendors to expedite approvals, advances and / or any other requirements to maintain pump / project schedule.
• Co-ordinate for redressal of issues related to various departments like PM&PS, TSS and manufacturing to ensure smooth progress of project.
• Communicate and coordinate with other KSB offices (when applicable) for smooth execution of the project
