Business Development- Standard Pumps (Exports)

Role & responsibilities

1. Handle the standard pumps business exports especially submersible borehole, solar & domestic pumps for Africa, Nepal & Bangladesh.
2. Develop new business for above products in Africa & manage established business in Nepal & Bangladesh.
3. Support KSB sales offices overseas for all technical and commercial support for standard pump business for pre ordering activities.
4. Manage new development for dealers in Nepal.
5. Manage export operational issues related to inquiries, offers, orders & on time deliveries etc.
6. Prepare offers for standard pumps through selection software, monitoring & customer follow up.
7. Coordinate with Engineering team for non-standard inquiries.
8. Develop submersible borehole & solar with Product Management from exports point of view.
9. Indent preparation, Order booking in SAP, organizing non-standard part lists from Engineering & aggregate from TOP.
10. Monitor order intake & budgeted forecast for exports.
11. Contribution monitoring for respective countries.
12. Internal coordination between various departments such as engineering, quality, production, order execution & external coordination with respective sales offices in countries.
13. Abide by departmental objectives.
