HR Associate

Job Description:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the firm s mission and values.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from posting job openings to making hiring decisions.
• Onboard new employees, including conducting orientation and ensuring completion of all necessary paperwork.
• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, provident fund, and time off policies.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts and performance improvement plans.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Collaborate with management to support employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives.
• Prepare employees compensation by the end of each month and distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper).
• Maintain and update employee files and HR records.
• Conduct exit interviews and process terminations as necessary.
• Assist with the development and implementation of employee training programs.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of HR software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Any bachelor degree in relevant field.
