Job Description
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our human resources team.
- The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Requirements- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding processes.
- Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation between employees when necessary.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews and setting employee goals.
- Provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them improve their performance.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and other professional development activities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and participate in compensation surveys.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
