Job Description
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the interview process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training programs.
- Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and disciplinary actions.
- Support employee relations activities by assisting in conflict resolution, maintaining employee satisfaction surveys, and organizing team-building activities.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing HR-related documentation, updating HR databases, and generating reports.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR, is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across different departments.
