Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure working with KASTA policy framework, ethics & values
  • Keep track on competition for Pricing, Promotion, new product.
  • Conduct activities in reference to marketing & promotional schemes
  • Classify the Market into core growth & seed and bringing focus in those markets with respect to market development
  • Ownership of complete Product portfolio & focus on Building Products (BP)
  • Secondary sales & increase of dealer Network & Travelling with the team to look at performance of team & relationship development with the dealers & sub dealers
  • Weekly Review of MJP / sales performance of his/ her team
  • Distributor selection & appointment
  • Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Target & Sales achievement & Receivables
  • Promotional activities to be adhered as per KRA & keep focus on such activities for visibility & Market conversion
  • Ensure dealer motivation and continuous improvement in sales manpower productivity
  • New Business Opportunities Identification & conversion
  • Ensure Primary sales as per AOP for his/ her assigned state (MP)
