Regional Sales Manager

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager / Sales Manager
(Project & Channel Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving sales growth by managing key project sales and expanding the channel sales network.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Project and Channel sales.
• Identify and establish relationships with architects, builders, developers, contractors, and distributors.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between the project and channel sales teams.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Expand the dealer and distributor network by onboarding new channel partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute promotional campaigns.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries and complaints.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new products.

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in sales, specifically in project and channel sales within the building material industry.
• Strong understanding of building materials such as Tiles, Cement Board, Wooden Flooring, Sanitaryware etc.
• Strategic thinker with strong industry connections
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and distributors
