Job Title: Guest Relations Executive

Job Summary:

The Guest Relations Executive in a jewellery showroom plays a vital role in ensuring every customer's luxurious and personalized shopping experience. This role involves greeting and assisting customers, managing their inquiries, and providing detailed information about products and services. The Guest Relations Executive acts as the face of the showroom, delivering exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Greeting: Welcome customers as they enter the showroom, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
  • Product Assistance: Assist customers in selecting jewellery, providing detailed information on product specifications, designs, materials, and pricing.
  • Personalized Service: Offer personalized service to clients, understanding their needs and preferences to suggest suitable products.
  • Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism, ensuring quick resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • VIP Clientele Management: Provide special attention to VIP customers, ensuring they receive a premium shopping experience tailored to their preferences.
  • Appointment Coordination: Manage customer appointments, ensuring timely service and minimal wait times.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to facilitate the sales process, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Awareness: To better assist customers, maintain up-to-date knowledge of the showrooms inventory, including new arrivals and special collections.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback, reporting insights to management to improve service quality.
  • Promotions and Events: Assist in organizing in-store events, promotions, and special exhibitions, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
  • Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up with customers post-purchase, offering after-sales service and building long-term relationships.
  • Store Presentation: Assist in maintaining the showrooms appearance, ensuring displays are attractive and products are presented in the best possible way.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage customer records, appointment schedules, and other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in luxury retail or jewellery sales.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong knowledge of jewellery products, materials, and design.
    • High attention to detail and the ability to provide personalized service.
    • Problem-solving abilities and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer management tools.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
    • Patience, empathy, and a strong customer-focused attitude.
    • Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.
    • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during special events.
