Guest Relation Executive/Front Office/Tele Sales Executive

We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to make our clients feel welcome and ensure their pleasant tour of the company. Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional guest service experiences.

Role & responsibilities

• Guest Relations Executive responsibilities include greeting clients as they arrive, coordinating their tour and informing them about the project amenities and facilities.
• Handling & administering various operations smoothly within the organization.
• Provide upscale guest experiences for clients.
• Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival.
• Monitoring daily updates from Sales Team and Pre Sales Team and ensuring Client Slots are assigned.
• Give accurate feedback to Sales Officer post Sample unit visit.
• Ensure special guests, like disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs, receive personalized attention.
• Coordinate and manage communication between guests and Team and follow up to ensure all aspects are covered.
• Analyze customer feedback from guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings.

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
• The ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Organizational skills and must be ethical.
• Self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets/work.
• Knowledge of basic excels words and PPT.
