Job Summary:

As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for clients entering our jewellery showroom. Your role is to provide a warm welcome, ensure high customer satisfaction, and facilitate a seamless shopping experience. You will assist customers with inquiries, guide them through the showroom, and support the sales team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Reception:

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom.
• Offer refreshments and make guests feel comfortable.
• Provide information about the showroom layout, products, and services.

2. Customer Assistance:

• Address customer inquiries and provide product knowledge.
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and needs.
• Facilitate communication between customers and sales associates.

3. Sales Support:

• Collaborate with sales staff to ensure smooth transitions and handoffs.
• Help with the setup and presentation of jewellery displays.
• Support promotional events and special sales activities.

4. Administrative Duties:

• Maintain an organized and clean showroom environment.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Handle customer appointments and manage the showroom calendar.

5. Customer Feedback:

• Collect and document customer feedback to enhance service quality.
• Address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

6. Safety and Security:

• Monitor showroom activities to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Report any suspicious behaviour or security concerns to the management.

7. Brand Marketing

• Leverage social media influence by sharing interactive stories, such as video testimonials, short clips, and photos of brides trying on jewellery.
• Key deliverables include tagging customers in posts and encouraging them to tag the store, adding the store location, and editing the videos for maximum engagement.

8. Lead Acquisition Strategy:

• Create a database of walk-in customers and convert them into future business opportunities.
• Build this database by engaging walk-in clients during store visits, pop-up shows and exhibitions.

Note: Incentives will be determined later, based on the conversion of the database into walk-ins at the jewellery store.

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a luxury or jewellery setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• A polished and professional appearance.
