We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Assistant Manager to join our Technology Consulting team specializing in RegTech (Regulatory Technology) . This role offers the opportunity to work with leading financial services, fintech, and other regulated industries to help them leverage technology solutions that streamline compliance, mitigate regulatory risks, and improve operational efficiencies. As an Assistant Manager in RegTech, you will guide clients through the implementation and optimization of regulatory technology solutions, helping them stay ahead of evolving regulations and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
RegTech Strategy & Advisory: Provide expert advice to clients on leveraging RegTech solutions to address complex regulatory challenges. Assist clients in developing strategies for automating compliance workflows, managing regulatory reporting, and improving risk management processes using advanced technology.
Implementation of RegTech Solutions: Lead the deployment and configuration of RegTech solutions that align with client business objectives and regulatory requirements. Work closely with clients to understand their specific regulatory needs and help implement technology tools that automate compliance activities, such as KYC (Know Your Customer) , AML (Anti-Money Laundering) , Transaction Monitoring , and Regulatory Reporting .
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Help clients navigate the regulatory landscape by ensuring their RegTech solutions are aligned with applicable regulations such as GDPR , MiFID II , Basel III , FATCA , Dodd-Frank , and others. Assist clients in assessing their current compliance posture, identifying gaps, and recommending technology-driven improvements.
System Integration & Automation: Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration of RegTech solutions with clients’ existing technology environments, such as core banking systems, CRM platforms, and risk management systems. Implement automation features to reduce manual efforts and improve the efficiency of compliance processes.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Guide clients in leveraging data analytics within RegTech solutions to monitor compliance, track regulatory changes, and generate insightful reports. Assist clients in using dashboards and analytics tools to make data-driven decisions and manage regulatory risk.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Review clients' current regulatory processes and recommend process optimizations through automation, enhanced workflows, and advanced analytics. Help clients continually improve their regulatory technology strategies to adapt to changing business needs and evolving regulations.
Project Management & Delivery: Manage RegTech implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. Provide regular project updates and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
Training & Knowledge Transfer: Develop training materials and deliver training sessions for client teams to ensure they understand and can effectively use the RegTech solutions implemented. Provide ongoing support to ensure that clients continue to derive maximum value from their technology investments.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including compliance officers, risk managers, IT teams, and senior executives. Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving regulatory challenges and identify opportunities for additional value through RegTech solutions.
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in regulatory technology, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. Share relevant insights with clients to ensure they remain compliant and competitive in a rapidly changing regulatory environment.
