Technology Consulting-DT GRC Packaged Product

We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our Technology Consulting team specializing in DT GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Packaged Products . This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with clients across industries to implement, optimize, and manage leading Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. As an Assistant Manager, you will guide clients through the deployment of packaged GRC products, assisting them in managing risk, improving compliance, and optimizing governance processes. Your expertise will ensure that clients can address critical regulatory requirements, streamline their GRC activities, and gain real-time insights into their organizational risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• GRC Solution Implementation: Assist clients in the design, configuration, and deployment of leading GRC packaged products such as RSA Archer , MetricStream , ServiceNow GRC , and SAP GRC . Ensure that the GRC solution is aligned with client business objectives and regulatory requirements.

• Process Mapping and Optimization: Collaborate with clients to map out their current governance, risk, and compliance processes. Identify opportunities to optimize these processes through automation, workflow enhancements, and improved reporting capabilities.

• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Advise clients on managing regulatory compliance and risk through GRC systems. Ensure that the GRC solution facilitates adherence to industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001) and helps clients mitigate risks related to operational, financial, cybersecurity, and compliance domains.

• System Integration: Support the integration of GRC solutions with clients' existing enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, ITSM platforms, and other business applications. Help automate workflows and improve data visibility to streamline compliance and risk management.

• Customization & Configuration: Work with clients to configure and customize the GRC solution to meet their specific needs. Provide technical guidance in setting up modules such as Risk Management , Audit Management , Incident Management , and Policy & Compliance Management .

• User Training & Support: Provide training and support to client teams, ensuring they are proficient in using the GRC solution. Develop and deliver training materials, guides, and best practices to empower clients to manage and maintain the system post-implementation.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for ongoing optimization of GRC systems and processes. Stay current with the latest trends, functionalities, and best practices in GRC tools and assist clients in upgrading their systems to maintain compliance with evolving regulations.

• Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Engage with stakeholders across client organizations to ensure alignment between GRC solutions and business needs. Produce and present reports on GRC performance, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation efforts to senior leadership teams.

• Project Management: Assist in the management of GRC implementation projects, including planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in GRC systems implementation, configuration, or support, with strong expertise in leading GRC packaged products like RSA Archer , ServiceNow GRC , MetricStream , or SAP GRC .
• Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks, including SOX , GDPR , HIPAA , ISO 27001 , and NIST .
• Experience in regulatory compliance and risk management, particularly in industries such as financial services , healthcare , or manufacturing .
• Hands-on experience in GRC system configuration , customization, and integration with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP , CRM , ITSM ).
• Proficiency in designing and implementing automated workflows , risk management frameworks, and audit management processes within GRC solutions.
• Ability to create and manage custom reports , dashboards , and KPIs within GRC systems to help clients track and measure compliance and risk.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and guide clients through the GRC product lifecycle.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) , Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) , Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) , or similar GRC-related certifications.
• Experience with cloud-based GRC platforms or SaaS GRC tools, and an understanding of the complexities of cloud-based implementations.
• Knowledge of automation tools within GRC products for improving workflows, incident tracking, policy management, and compliance monitoring.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR , CCPA ) and how they impact GRC solutions and processes.
• Experience working in agile project environments with cross-functional teams.
