Account Executive

Receivable & Collection:

• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
• Ensure timely collection and reconciliation of customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, credit notes, and payment receipts.
• Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare reports on collection status and outstanding dues for management review.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth payment processes.

GRN & Payable:

• Verify and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) against purchase orders and invoices.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.
• Coordinate with the procurement and stores departments for invoice approvals.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies in payments.
• Maintain records of all payables, approvals, and payment schedules.
• Assist in cash flow management and forecasting of payment obligations.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, collections, GRN, and payables in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
• Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for collection follow-ups.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and other financial regulation
