Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our financial transactions, ensuring compliance with GST regulations, conducting audits, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

- *GST Return Filing:* Prepare and file GST returns in compliance with current regulations.

- *Auditing:* Conduct internal audits to ensure financial integrity and compliance with accounting standards.

- *Credit Controls:* Implement and manage credit control processes to minimize bad debts.

- *Receivables & Payments Entry:* Accurately record accounts receivable and payable entries into the accounting system.

- *Advanced Excel Skills:* Utilize advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other analytical tools, for financial analysis and reporting.

- *Financial Reporting:* Prepare financial statements and reports as required.

- *Reconciliation:* Perform bank reconciliations and other reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy of financial data.

- *Documentation:* Maintain and organize financial documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.

- *Collaboration:* Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and support company objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Proven experience in accounting or financial management.

- Proficiency in GST return filing and audit procedures.

- Strong knowledge of credit control and financial reporting.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
