Job Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in goods transportation and a thorough understanding of transporter networks across various states. They will be responsible for auditing transportation tariffs, recommending efficient transport routes, negotiating transportation rates, and ensuring seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Goods Transportation Knowledge: Possess comprehensive knowledge of goods transportation processes and best practices.

- Transporter Knowledge: Understand and manage transporter networks and regulations across different states.

- Tariff Auditing: Audit transportation tariffs to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with regulations.

- Route and Transporter Optimization: Suggest better transport routes and identify efficient transporters to optimize operations.

- Rate Negotiation: Negotiate transportation rates with vendors to secure favorable terms and cost savings.

- MIS Reports: Develop and manage Management Information System (MIS) reports to support data-driven decision-making.

- Data Accuracy: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting platforms.

- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with various departments to gather and understand their logistics and reporting needs.

- Operational Efficiency: Analyze logistical data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

- Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on effective use of logistics tools and technologies.

- Issue Resolution: Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the logistics system, ensuring timely resolution.

- Report Preparation: Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the transportation or logistics industry.

- Strong understanding of goods transportation, transporter networks, and state regulations.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
