Logistics Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Identify the VLC vehicle / Inward tankers / outward tankers as required by the Cluster Heads.

2. Collect the information from the existing vehicle owners for their consent for specific routes.

3. Collection of required vehicle documents & maintenance of proper records. Identify new vehicles with the help of Cluster Heads.

4. Collecting vehicle application, briefing terms & conditions to the transporters & take prior approval from the management.

5. Keep agreement of all vehicles.

6. Collection & check all vehicle bills & submission to the accounts for payment.

7. Ensure full security of all transporters

8. Ensure GPS facility in all tankers.

9. Approval from the management in case of diversion of tanker in GPS tracking

Preferred candidate profile

Education:

• Graduate in any discipline. Preferably Supply chain & Logistics

Skills and Experience:

• 0-5 years of experience
• Experience/ Willingness of working in rural areas desirable
