Position Overview: The ISP Deployment Plan Release Manager is responsible for managing the release and transport deployment of ISP projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate for ISP plan release with operations, planning, GIS, and circle ISP teams to ensure that deployments align with business objectives.
- Plan and execute the rollout of new services, system upgrades, and product releases for transport ISP network.
- Communicate release timelines, and dependencies with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for plan release-related inquiries and updates.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align all stakeholders on release plans.
- Ensure that resources (personnel, tools, equipment) are available and proper tracking of those resource.
- Responsible for raising all plans in respective workflows required during project execution
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 9+Year of experience in release management, project management, or ISP deployment, with a strong focus on managing technical deployments.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of ISP technologies, such as fiber-optic networks, wireline, transport, broadband, routers, and switching systems.
- Excellent communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and resolve risks or issues during the deployment process.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
