Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Invoicing: Prepare and issue sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all relevant details are captured.

Inventory Accounting: Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock movements and conducting regular stock audits.

Accounts Receivable: Handle accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, tracking payments, and managing collections.

Purchase Bills: Verify and process purchase bills, ensuring all details are accurate and compliant with company policies.

Expenses Accounting: Record and manage all company expenses, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.

TDS: Ensure timely and accurate TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) calculations, deductions, and filings.

Accounts Payable: Process and manage all accounts payable transactions, including verifying and reconciling invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors, and managing purchase billing.

GST Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate GST filings, reconciliation, and compliance with all GST regulations.

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in Tally software.

Strong knowledge of Inventory Accounting.

Experience with GST compliance and filings.

Expertise in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.

Experience with sales invoicing, purchase billing, and expenses accounting.

Knowledge of TDS regulations and compliance.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
