• Resolve grievances and ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.

1. Performance Management:
   
• Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
• Drive initiatives to improve employee productivity and retention.
2. Training and Development:
   
• Identify skill gaps and organize training programs to address them.
• Encourage continuous learning and professional development among employees.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
