Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor daily administrative tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain records, schedules, and timelines for ongoing projects and tasks.
• Communicate effectively with departments to gather task updates and ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare reports and summaries of completed tasks for management review.
• Address routine operational issues and resolve them promptly.
• Support management in planning and organizing meetings or events.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in task execution.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
