Key skills for the job
Nature of Experience:
1. Sales & business development in overseas markets prospecting customers, appointing
distributors in new markets, delivering growth in existing markets.
2. Driving new product development and launches in assigned markets.
3. Liaising with all internal functions/depts for timely order execution ensuring high levels of
customer service.
4. Participating in international trade fairs and generating new leads.
Specific requirement:
2. Stationery industry exposure will be an advantage, FMCG candidates can also be considered.
3. Will be required to prospect for indelible ink orders from election commissions and local
health authorities in various markets.
4. Good grounding in channel management fundamentals and trade dynamics in export
markets.
5. Should have an established track record of appointing customers in new markets.
6. Should have strong export fundamentals incoterms, payment mechanisms, logistics etc.
7. Strong written & oral communication and conflict management skills
8. Knowledge of foreign languages – French / Arabic / Russian / Spanish will be an advantage.
