Export Sales Engineer

Introduction

We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth in Hydraulic & Pneumatic Rock Drills, Crawler Drills, DTH Hammers & Bits, Spare Parts, and related drilling equipment for the mining and construction industry. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and sales acumen to expand our customer base and manage key accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for drilling equipment in the mining and construction sectors.
• Travel within the designated region to engage with potential clients and explore new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and manage sales channels, including key accounts, end users, dealers, and distributors.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely aftersales support.
• Ensure prompt payment realization and maintain strong financial discipline.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the production team for product enhancements.
• Conduct sales performance analysis and present findings to track progress against targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• B.E. in Mechanical or Mining Engineering / Diploma from a reputed institute.
• MBA in Marketing/Sales is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a good command of English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MIS reporting).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems is a plus.
