Human Resource Intern

Role & responsibilities

• To understand the job profile and sourcing the candidates, schedule and coordinate the interviews for junior grades.
• To coordinate new joinee formalities and to ensure the proper filing of the documents.
• To support department in employee engagement activities.
• As an HR Intern, you will have to provide assistance to our HR department in day to day operations.
• You will assist in organizing and planning our HR approaches, policies, and procedures.
• Assisting divisional HR representative in completing the entire performance management system exercise.
• Should work on the strategic projects.
• Meeting with departmental representatives to discuss HR issues.
• Updating and maintaining the Organizational Charts of various departments.

• Time Management skills, Multitask, Team Management skills.

• Knowledge of HR related processes and terms
