Job Responsibilities:
1. Employees attendance & leave management
2. Payroll management
3. Update Organizational chart for each vertical whenever there is organizational change & ensure that the same is communicated with all employees.
4. Handhold process owners to define Competence requirements, Roles, Responsibilities, and Authorities for each position
a) Initially for all existing positions
b) Whenever new position is created
5. Recruitment of required position
1. Experience with expatriate management
2. Strong leadership and people management skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
5. Knowledge of expatriate management and local labor laws
6. Should be able to counsel and motivate the employees
7. Ability to facilitate learning & development requirements/needs of organization
