Job Overview. We are seeking a Human Resource Intern to join our team in New Delhi, Delhi, Central Delhi. As a fresher-level position, this internship is ideal for candidates with 0 to 1 years of work experience who are eager to start a career in human resources. Employee Relations:Understanding of employee relations best practices to help resolve minor issues and maintain workplace harmony.

Data Entry:Proficiency in data entry to accurately maintain employee records and assist in HR documentation.

Organizational Skills:Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and handle administrative duties with efficiency.

Attention to Detail:Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in HR operations and documentation.

Roles And Responsibilities. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with potential candidates.
