Job Title: HubSpot Executive

Location: Chennai

Position Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 2 to 3 years in HubSpot administration

Work Timing: 3 PM to 12 AM

Position Overview: We are seeking a HubSpot Executive to enhance our CRM capabilities. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, focusing on workflow design, data integrity, cross-departmental collaboration, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workflow Design and Automation:
• Develop, implement, and refine complex workflows to streamline processes and boost operational efficiency.
• Utilize HubSpot's automation tools to optimize marketing, sales, and service functions.

• Data Quality and Integrity:
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency within the CRM.
• Establish and enforce standards for data enrichment, deduplication, and scalability to maintain a high-quality database.

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
• Act as a liaison between marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless HubSpot integration.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration to align strategies and achieve business objectives.

• Reporting and Analytics:
• Create and manage dashboards and reports.
• Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a HubSpot Executive.
• Proficiency in designing and managing workflows within HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of CRM data management, including data enrichment and deduplication processes.
• Experience collaborating with marketing and sales teams to integrate and optimize HubSpot functionalities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• HubSpot Marketing and SalesHub certifications.
• Experience with additional CRM platforms or marketing automation tools.
