HubSpot CRM Data Specialist

We are looking for a HubSpot CRM Data Specialist to help keep our customer records clean, organized, and up-to-date. In this role, you will review and fix contact and company details in our CRM system, making sure everything is accurate and easy to use. Youll also help the sales team by providing reliable data that supports their work. This job is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing information, solving problems, and working with data tools like HubSpot and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Keep CRM Data Accurate

• Regularly check and update contact and company details in HubSpot CRM.
• Fix mistakes, remove duplicates, and ensure all information is correct and complete.

2. Organize and Standardize Information

• Make sure data follows a consistent format, such as proper capitalization and clear job titles.
• Create rules and guidelines to help keep CRM data organized.

3. Support Team Members

• Work with the sales and marketing teams to identify missing or incorrect data.
• Help team members with CRM-related questions and ensure they have the right tools and reports.

4. Improve CRM Processes

• Ensure the CRM system is set up to match the needs of the business and the sales process.
• Organize the data to make it easier for teams to use and understand.

5. Create Reports and Insights

• Use CRM data to make reports that help the team see trends and make better decisions.
• Share updates about the quality of data and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven experience working with CRM systems, with HubSpot experience highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and structure large volumes of data.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data cleaning techniques.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen attention to detail with a focus on identifying and solving data-related problems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in aligning CRM systems with sales and marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of data integration and migration processes involving multiple systems.
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools to extract insights from CRM data.
• Basic understanding of sales pipelines and workflows to ensure CRM data supports business objectives.
