HubSpot CRM Administrator

The HubSpot CRM Administrator role is a key position responsible for managing and optimizing the company's HubSpot CRM to ensure efficient operations across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. The primary responsibilities and duties for this role include:

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. HubSpot CRM Management:
   
• Serve as the go-to expert in managing the companys database using HubSpot CRM.
• Oversee daily administration tasks to ensure the system supports business strategies across multiple teams.
2. System Optimization & Efficiency:
   
• Create and manage automations, integrations, and tools to enhance sales and operational processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements, system upgrades, and best practices to increase cross-functional productivity.
3. Data & List Management:
   
• Ensure the CRM is clean and accurate by maintaining the integrity of customer data.
• Work to minimize list decay, unsubscribes, and improve the performance of email campaigns.
• Manage various email lists and campaigns, segmenting audiences based on behaviors (website/email interactions, downloaded content) to increase conversion rates.
4. Campaign and Automation Development:
   
• Use data analysis to optimize targeted email campaigns and nurture workflows.
• Monitor and assess lead generation results from email campaigns and inbound marketing efforts.
• Regularly communicate campaign and automation efforts with the Marketing Director to align with strategic goals.
5. A/B Testing & Reporting:
   
• Design and document A/B tests and assess campaign performance to continuously optimize strategies.
• Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights on lead conversion, email effectiveness, and operational impact.
6. Continuous Learning & Best Practices:
   
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive improvements and adapt to evolving needs.
• Share relevant insights, tools, and processes across teams to foster operational excellence.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
• At least 5 years of experience in CRM management, including 3+ years specifically working with HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub.
• Expertise in email marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation.
• Technical Skills:
  
• Proficiency with HubSpot’s tools, especially in marketing automation and smart lists.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, WordPress, basic HTML, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Project Management:
  
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and strategies clearly to leadership and other stakeholders.
• Analytical Abilities:
  
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data (A/B testing, email performance, customer behavior) and derive actionable insights for continuous optimization.
• Communication & Collaboration:
  
• Clear written and oral communication skills in business English.
• Ability to effectively collaborate across teams and present strategic initiatives to the Marketing Director.

Education and Experience:

• Degree: BS/MS in Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
• Certification: HubSpot Certification is required.
