Associate - Client Partnerships

Role Overview:

The Associate - Client Partnerships will collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership team and assume the vital role of efficiently managing the Business Development pipeline. Additionally, they will provide valuable support to the Leadership team during the planning stages of the Business Development process.

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

What You will do:

• Update CRM system (HubSpot) regularly to track leads, monitor the leads' lifecycle, and ensure progress by following up with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Senior Leadership team to develop pitch documents for Business Development conversations with potential clients.
• Provide support to internal stakeholders in the Sales and Business Development team, assisting in preparation for business development meetings.
• Prepare and deliver reports on sales activity, lead generation projections, and other relevant information to maintain integration within the sales process.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential leads.
• Assist in creating and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction during new client onboarding phase.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in order to provide valuable insights and recommendations for business growth.

Ideally, you have:

• 2 - 3 years of experience in similar roles at mid-size or multinational companies.
• High-level of fluency in written and verbal communication using professional business language.
• Proficient in conducting research on online and third-party platforms.
• Expertise in leveraging Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
• Experience in working with clients globally is a plus.
• Experience in working with a CRM tool is a plus.
