Marketing Automation Specialist

Work Experience: 1-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Planning and Strategy:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and messaging.
• Develop a deep understanding of the buyer's journey and contribute insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Marketo Campaign Execution:
• Build, test, and launch multi-channel campaigns using Marketo, ensuring proper segmentation and targeting.
• Implement best practices for email marketing, landing pages, and other digital channels to maximize campaign performance.
• Automation and Workflow Management:
• Design and implement marketing automation workflows to streamline lead nurturing, scoring, and conversion processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot any issues related to automated processes to maintain optimal system performance.
• Data Management and Analysis:
• Maintain data integrity within Marketo and work closely with the team to ensure accurate segmentation and personalization.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and sales teams, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
• Communicate campaign progress, results, and insights to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in executing marketing campaigns using Marketo.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead management, and customer journey mapping.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Marketo Certification is a plus.
• Experience with other marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.
