Cvent India is looking for a smart person to help execute marketing campaigns. As a part of Global Demand Center, based out of Gurgaon, India, you will have access to the best-in-class marketing tech stack and marketers. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who knows marketing tools and marketing automation concepts and tools. You will have an opportunity to impact all the global campaigns we run.
Work with the world's largest event management software company to help capture, re-engage, and develop qualified prospects for Cvents multiple sales divisions. This fast-paced, timeline-driven, and demanding role requires a self-starter with excellent motivation and attention to detail.
This position will work with the Marketing and Sales teams to design and build demand generation campaigns, including, but not limited to, marketing event builds, and assist in high-level campaign metrics reporting for distribution to the Marketing and Sales divisions. Your success relies on your ability to run the execution function efficiently and get marketing campaigns out the door smoothly.
As part of the Global Demand Center team, you will have exposure to all sides of the business and a wide array of marketing and sales systems. Your primary role on the GDC will be focused on running the marketing campaigns in an optimized way.

Cut key clips from webinars and create video snippets for social media promotion.
Promote webinars in Slack community (pre- and post-webinar snippets).
Develop and deploy promotional emails for webinars/events.
Build and implement post-event nurture sequences for specific events/attendees.
Analyze engagement data post-webinar and package relevant insights for the sales team.
Pull customer stats (attendance, email-related, etc.) to assist product marketing with content/thought leadership.
Create Salesforce reports, investigate data quality, and perform QA.
Build reports to measure the performance of various marketing activations.
Develop graphics and copy for campaign activations.
Create content for Tier 2 and Tier 3 releases, including slide creation, talk tracks, demo environment updates, and promo email copy.
Enrich attendee information for in-person events and manage event pages.
Manage social proof initiatives, including securing customer stories and approvals for "Made in Splash."
Deploy digital ads (evergreen, events, resources, customer stories, podcasts, etc.).
Promote content on social media (evergreen, events, resources, customer stories, podcasts, etc.).
Repurpose video content from events and podcasts for various channels.
Search and analyze customer events and pull pages from Dreamforce and other conferences for recap purposes.
Enrich attendee information for in-person events, flip event pages to on-demand, and add new events to relevant Splash pages.
Lead the promotion of webinars to align with industry best practices and develop targeted post-event promotion strategies.
Support the development and updating of content in the LMS for the ELG Academy.
Clean up decks and manage marketing assets for efficient access and usage.
