Truly nothing. The company put the workers' well being first and enabled 100% wfh within a matter of time when the pandemic first hit. So I am extremely thankful to the management that I was able to reach my home before the lock down was implemented. I only have good memories from the place.

It was 5 Day working and gives partial work from home depends on team manager. Good workspace.

There's lot. As especially HR they are too biased, unfair to make decisions for employees. They favour the one who is of there team or is working in company for longer time. They don't treat freshers in a good way. They treat freshers as cheap labour. Fresher recruiter Training Team is not at all serious for Career development of the freshers. The candidate can be of different domain and will be put to team of mismatched interest just because the recruiter is creating space for it...being knowing everything HR ignore the truth and ask the person in fault to leave the job. Just because the opponent is on reference of His spouse and bringing profit to company... Human resource I. E. human management in the company is too unethical and especially K. There are lot of cases were the decision were taken wrongly and nobody took stand for it. I was forced, manipulate, emotional stressed and got taruma because of such behavior of my Team lead.. Talking on character and judging people is unprofessional spreading fake rumours is very unethical. I guess HR in the company should actually go to university and learn human ethics instead of doing online MBA now after years of doing wrong with people....Read More
