Digital Marketing Specialist (1 Year Contractual)

The Opportunity

You are able to demonstrate experience and success in digital publishing, bringing the following expertise:

• Experience building site pages preferably using Adobe Experience Manager including expertise using Adobe Assets, publishing pages using a component based design system and ensuring SEO and page tagging best practices are followed to drive powerful search and personalization experiences. Hubspot experience a plus
• Passion and experience instilling UX best practices across site experiences
• Experience following best practices in accessibility
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and prioritizing projects based on impact, urgency and other factors
• Ability to manage stakeholders to align with site governance processes including page owner structure and approval process
• Strong data-driven decision making with the ability to articulate issues and opportunities to stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills
• Prioritization and project management
• Experience managing translated publishing a plus

Core Responsibilities

• You will support marketing site experience including page publishing and updates and approvals using the Adobe suite including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Assets and Adobe Target
• Youll be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, in a highly-matrixed organization. You’ll have skill, attention to detail, tenacity, and a focus on results, working with cross-organizational teams

Specific Responsibilities

• Complete digital publishing and updates across AVEVA.com and other AVEVA digital experiences
• Collaborate with central digital teams to design and optimize new or existing pages on the website ensuring the overall site experience is optimized. Identify and surface new site capabilities to continually improve site experience
• Support Digital Leadership Team with strategic prioritization of publishing projects with insight on growth and retention impact as well as level of effort across projects
• Keep current with latest digital marketing trends and technology
• Coordinate page approvals and publishing priorities with page owners/industry and portfolio experts
• Ongoing communication with site stakeholders to provide status updates and priority focus for digital publishing projects

About You

• BA or BS in Marketing, Business, Information Services or related field
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience
• Experience with best practice web design and User Experience oriented design
• Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud, content management systems, and personalization and testing tools
• Strong aptitude and experience in internet-related technologies, web design and online marketing programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly developed organizational skills required to handle multiple, ongoing projects
