Executive Assistance/Admin

Responsibilities:

1. Reach out to potential clients through calls and social media to generate new business opportunities.
2. Engage with leads to successfully convert them into paying customers.
3. Efficiently manage and collect client payments.
4. Schedule and coordinate client sessions and appointments.
5. Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
6. Provide regular updates and feedback to Sivapriya on client interactions and business progress.
7. Respond to client inquiries via phone, social media, and online forms in a timely and professional manner.
8. Onboard new clients, ensuring they are appropriately assigned to suitable programs.
9. Offer ongoing client support and resolve issues or concerns promptly.
10. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals.
11. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and attract new clients.
12. Track and report on social media reach, engagement, and conversions, delivering monthly performance updates.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Executive Assistance or Administrative roles.
• Proficiency in Social Media Management.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
