Job Description:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in North America through market research.
  • Previous experience in ERP, CRM, SaaS, Web, Mobility or Cloud-related selling is a plus
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed QUARTERLY sales targets.
  • Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, prospecting, and relationship-building.
  • Hunt and manage farm, and grow existing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales presentations and coordinate with the technical team for business proposals
  • Conduct regular account reviews to understand client needs and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Understand client pain points and challenges and provide tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts, pricing, and terms.
  • Ensure all contractual agreements are accurately documented and adhered to.
  • Willing to work in night shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST)

Qualifications & Other Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience as a US Sales business development executive, sales executive, or a relevant role.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Zoho, or other CRM software
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
