Associate Manager - HR

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes
• Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
• Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
• Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
• Will be responsible for Vendor and Consultant Agreement.
• Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws.
• Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes.
• Strong command over HR management software like applicant tracking systems, payroll systems, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of labour registration.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experienced in all the statutory compliance (PF, ESI P Tax).
• Collect daily, weekly, or monthly timesheets.
• Calculate bonuses and allowances.

Qualifications Other Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM is Mandatory.
• Should have minimum 10 years of experience in relevant field.
• Experience in Payroll Processing and Leave Management.
• Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
• Advanced Excel
• Should have experience in statutory compliance (PF, ESI P Tax)
• Updating and Maintenance of HR MIS database/ D365 HR module (Timesheet, Leave, Project Creation)
• Responsible for the execution of HR operations (Payroll PMS) activities at Unit level.
• Responsible for the execution of LD activities at Unit level.
• Responsible for preparation and maintenance of NDA/ Engagement Agreement/ Work order for external consultants/ vendors and taking care of BGV check of new recruits
• Handling employee queries at Unit level.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• People oriented and results driven.
