About CInI :

Collectives for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives CInI (CInI is an associate organization of Tata Trusts), a resource organization working with tribal communities living in the Central Indian tribal belt. This region cuts across states of West Bengal, Orissa, Jharkhand, Chattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra and South Rajasthan. The key thematic intervention areas of CInI include Livelihoods, Education, Sports, Nutrition, Drinking Water & Sanitation, decentralized clean energy. CInI works in partnership with civil society organizations to reach over 450,000 households including direct implementation across the region. It works to develop the project clusters as strong demonstration sites for comprehensive tribal development. CInI provides technical backstopping, programme development and management support, knowledge management and coordination support. Set up in 2007, CInI has a team of 320+ professionals. CInI is presently executing a focused programme Mission 2020 Lakhpati Kisan: Smart Villages which aims at making nearly one lakh tribal households Lakhpati in an irreversible and sustainable manner.

Brief Job Description :

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall organizational strategy.
  • Understand the organizational processes and systems and ensure implementation of the same in a systematic manner.
  • Conduct talent & capability gap assessment, and implement an action plan to bridge the same.
  • Develop action plans that drive performance, productivity, adoption of policies, processes and systems.
  • Support the human factor in the organization by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
  • Ensure statutory and legal compliance, compliance of all HR policies and processes at CInI.
  • Supervise overall HR process owners and provide guidance.
  • Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.
  • Report to Senior Management by analysing data and using HR metrics.
  • Finalize Standard Operating Procedure for the organization.
  • Enhance Engagement and Culture Building by enabling team effectiveness and support organization wide change initiatives to make CInI an employer of choice.


Required Candidate Profile :

  • Experience of working in a similar role with a reputed organisation
  • Experience in MS Office all packages
  • Team spirit, strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
