Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities

The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). This role focuses on driving high-quality leads and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

Skills:

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
• Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display and video to meet goals.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing detailed reports and insights to clients.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and more.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for campaign growth and optimization.
• Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and meet target KPIs.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of SEO principles and their synergy with PPC campaigns.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve lead generation and sales goals.
• Manage PPC campaigns, display advertising, and retargeting across multiple platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement changes to increase ROAS.
• Conduct A/B tests on creative, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing strategies.
• Generate detailed performance reports and insights

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns with high budgets.
